Air

Air is what sustains life! We can’t see it, but we can feel it and the closest I can get to it as an artist, is in the cloud formations that are endlessly moving and being shifted by the breeze. The masterpieces of colours, shapes and textures that form clouds are infinite – from gentle wisps to billowy, dense cotton-like shapes. And all of this is happening on a constantly changing background.

 

Each moment in the sky is unique and, in my works, I try to capture the beautiful, dynamic dance between light and shadow, calmness and drama. The more I look. The more I see! It never gets boring.
